Hi, I'm Carrie!

I help families ditch the chaos and create peaceful sleep routines that actually work — without guilt or one-size-fits-all advice.

I believe in sleep that restores—not just your baby, but your whole family. In routines that feel like connection, not conflict. I believe in those small, sacred moments — the bedtime snuggles, the quiet coffee before the house wakes, the joy of knowing you're not just surviving the day, but enjoying it.

That’s why I do what I do now — to take the guesswork, guilt, and overwhelm out of sleep training.

I became a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant because I've seen my daughters in your shoes — exhausted at 2am, gently swaying a wide-awake little one while wondering if they had done it all wrong. Having those desperate late-nights researching through bleary eyes, trying method after method, praying this would finally be the one that worked.
Watching my daughters have those sleepless nights taught me something invaluable: the right guidance can change everything. What felt impossible suddenly became manageable with proper support and a  clear plan. Now, I get to be that steady voice for other parents who are exactly where they once were — overwhelmed, tired, but so deeply committed to helping their child (and their family) get the rest everyone desperately needs.

Sleep isn’t a "nice-to-have." It’s the foundation of everything.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

results that last

Peaceful nights and confident parenting, without burnout.

you'll find me starting my mornings with coffee and ending with peaceful sunsets that remind me why rest matters so much. I'm someone who finds joy in life's simple rhythms: getting lost in a good book during quiet moments, baking treats that fill the house with warmth, and spending time caring for all the little ones in my life — from the babies I work with to my own precious grandchildren, and playing frisbee with my dogs.
When I'm not supporting other families, I'm usually planning the next family adventure, sneaking in solo errands like they're mini retreats. Through all the beautiful chaos of caring for little ones, I've learned what I share with every family I work with: we're not aiming for perfection here. We're aiming for peace, rest, and those precious moments when everything just feels right. Because at the end of the day, that's what good sleep gives us — not just rest for our bodies, but space for our hearts to fully enjoy this wild, wonderful journey of raising and loving the little humans in our lives.
